The 2010 SuperLite Championship Technical Regulations cover all technical aspects of the SuperLite race truck as used in the SuperLite Championship Series. These regulations are technical regulations only and do not supersede any Lucas Oil Off Road Series (LOORS) competition regulation, safety requirements or General Regulations covering all vehicles that compete in the Lucas Oil Off Road Series.
If this rule book does not specifically say that you can change something, then you must consider that the change is illegal.

Effective date – The 2010 SuperLite Championship™ Technical Regulations are effective upon the date of publication regardless of when a competitor receives actual notice.
Amendment – The 2010 SuperLite Championship Technical Regulations may be amended or changed at any time upon written approval of the Lucas Oil Off Road Series Technical Director and the SuperLite Championship™. The amendment is effective upon the date of publication.
Interpretation and Enforcement – The 2010 SuperLite Championship™ Technical Regulations are a publication of the SuperLite Championship™ Series. However, the enforcement of the technical regulations is granted exclusively to the Lucas Oil Off Road Series Technical Director. The interpretation of the technical regulations is at the sole discretion of the series Technical Director.
Parts failing inspection – SuperLite Championship™ Series officials reserve the right to confiscate any parts deemed illegal by the series Technical Director.
Seals and Identification Markings – The 2010 SuperLite Championship™ Technical Regulations include the use of both tamper seals and identification markings. Any attempt to remove, alter, copy or tamper with any required seal or identification marking will be grounds for immediate disqualification and disciplinary action by the series Technical Director.
