Chad George brawled his way through to the top of the podium to snatch the season points lead for the first time this year, piloting the Monster Energy / Kawasaki truck in SuperLite Championship racing during the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) Round 12 at the 1.1-mile motocross-style track of Speedworld Off Road Park in Surprise, Arizona. Dawson Kirchner landed the Torchmate CNC Cutting Systems onto the podium for the second time this season in the 17-truck SuperLite Championship field to take Saturday's Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) Round 9 win at the eight-tenths-mile Glen Helen Raceway race track in San Bernardino, California on August 6, 2011. Kirchner also earned fast lap in lap two at 50.418 miles per hour and a time of 57 seconds. And he's one of the most honored Motocross and Supercross athletes of all time. Patrick Clark shot into the front of the 15-truck SuperLite Championship pack to take Saturday's win for the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 7 race upon the new nine-tenths-mile Miller Motorsports Park race track in Tooele, Utah on June 25, 2011. Shoveling roost and never letting loose of his dominant position via his BFGoodrich tires, Clark clocked the race's fastest lap during his lap 12 perforfmance with a time of 47.927 seconds and a speed of 67.603 miles per hour. R.J. Anderson secured second for Walker Evans Racing / SoCal SuperTrucks. Piloting the Kawasaki Teryx, Monster Energy Drink athlete, Chad George, charged into third atop the podium.
As is pre-race custom for the SuperLite Championship crew, SuperLite's Friday morning media session at Miller Motorsports Park for Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 7 and 8 lit up the television air waves, landing the stadium-style race truck square into households that span the greater Salt Lake City region.
