The SuperLite Championship launches a robust win purse for the 2012 Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California Round 2 race at Glen Helen Raceway this Saturday. The $3,300 cash purse will divide up among the top three positions for the main event with $2,500 going to the winner, $500 to second, and $300 to third. The two-day SuperLite Arrive & Drive package, which delivers a full-service race experience to racers and cross over athletes alike, includes a full day of track testing on Friday followed by qualifying, heat and the main event racing Saturday.

2011 LOORRS Round 9 & 10 Points Standings

After an eight-round stranglehold on the points chase that ignited with his Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 1 victory, R.J. Anderson, behind the wheel of the Walker Evans Racing / SoCal SuperTrucks machine, encountered back-to-back DNF's (Did Not Finish) beneath the lights at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, which delivered the lead to Pat Clark in the BFGoodrich Tires-back SuperLite and shook up the position of the three front runners to give Monster Energy athlete, Chad George, second in points behind the wheel of the Yokohama Tires-backed Kawasaki SuperLite truck.
There was a game show that racked up acclaim and stirred great anticipation for what was hidden behind one of its many doors. In much the same way, the driver's seat of the acclaimed SuperLite Championship Arrive & Drive truck tugs at the interest of thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies who anticipate hopping behind the wheel and laying deep into the throttle of a short course off-road race truck. And he's one of the most honored Motocross and Supercross athletes of all time.
