A natural progression for the highly sought after class that boasts the most progressive growth in the world class Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, the initiative is a direct response to the diverse throng of extreme sports-minded inividuals who continue to show interest in SuperLite truck racing and off-road racing in general.
The truck series, as well as its driving school, will continue to serve as a gateway in the growth of the sport and development of talent from such diverse backgrounds that include freestyle motocross (FMX), Supercross, motocross, rally, UTV, motorcycle, mixed martial arts (MMA), road racing, and action sports athletes as well as first time racers who might never have had an easier and cost-effective way to enter into and learn the ropes of off-road racing.
World class instructors slated to rotate through the off-road race school will be the winningest driver in short-course off-road racing, Johnny Greaves; short course off-road racing champion and iconic Lucas Oil and General Tire racer Carl Renezeder; and three-time American Auto Racing Writers & Broadcasters Association Auto Racing All-America First Team inductee Rob MacCachren.

The SuperLite Championship will supply each student with a race ready SuperLite truck, which includes world class pit support, a fully catered lunch and an emergency medical technician (EMT) for the duration of the day. Airport transportation from Reno / Tahoe International Airport is available.
You will learn all aspects of racing and short course vehicle including:
- Orientation
- Race Radio Communications
- Race Safety
- Basic Race Car Control
- Race Track Etiquette
- Track Flagging
- Advanced Car Control
The race course is designed to build your confidence as a driver and prepare you for competition in either the Lucas Oil Regional Series or Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series event.
