The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) Round 5 & 6 events schedule for the weekend at Speedworld Off Road Park in Surprise, Arizona was released and features the SuperLite Championship in prominent positioning amid the two day race schedule, starting just prior to the final race of the day and delivering the spec-class series maximum impact before the packed grandstands.
The SuperLite Championship launches a robust win purse for the 2012 Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California Round 2 race at Glen Helen Raceway this Saturday. The $3,300 cash purse will divide up among the top three positions for the main event with $2,500 going to the winner, $500 to second, and $300 to third. The two-day SuperLite Arrive & Drive package, which delivers a full-service race experience to racers and cross over athletes alike, includes a full day of track testing on Friday followed by qualifying, heat and the main event racing Saturday.
After slinging mud around the test track with SuperLites last week, the small fleet of UTVs Kawasaki recently delivered have fit right into the operation, performing the grunt work in the assigned role of SuperLite Arrive & Drive pit utility vehicles. In preparation for next week's Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California at Glen Helen Raceway and next month's Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round season opener at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix, this Kawasaki Teryx 4 cleans up quite well.
The Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California switches its upcoming March 10th race from its new Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park to Glen Helen Raceway. The June 9th race originally slated for Glen Helen Raceway will be moved to the highly touted Lake Elsinore track.
Enduring a futile quest to conquer the 2012 Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Race Series Southern California opener at Glen Helen Raceway, Kal-Guard Lubricant's Trenton Briley outlasted the battle of attrition that culminated in Saturday's main event, taking home the coveted victory in SuperLite Arrive & Drive racing at Glen Helen Raceway.

The lineup of SuperLite Arrive & Drive machines are now southbound in the hunt for Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California racing action. Loaded up and headed south through the snow to Glen Helen Raceway, this marks the first race on the season's bustling schedule. But not the first test session.
The SuperLite Championship is preparing for the first round of 2012 Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Series Southern California racing action at Glen Helen Raceway with available full day test session followed by a full day of short course off-road racing on February 17-18.
The SuperLite Championship celebrates the unveiling of the 2012 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series schedule, which debuts its purpose-built Reno test facility as a full-fledged short course off-road race track and features the marquee venue on the motorsport discipline's most heralded date, Labor Day weekend. The coveted stadium-like race course is carved from the dramatic terrain features of the towering Sierra Nevada foothills and will boast unrivaled spectator vantage points.
SuperLite Championship mourns the loss of fellow racer and champion Rick Huesman. In support of his beloved wife and two-year-old son, SuperLite is donating two Off Road Race School sessions with Ricky Johnson valued at $3,000 a piece to the Rick Huseman Memorial Fundraiser this evening. The silent auction takes place this evening at Pole Position Raceway in Corona, California at 6 p.m to 9 p.m. We encourage you to attend and contribute to the memory of a true champion.
Undoubtedly one of the best shows of Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series' showdown in the dirt, the SuperLite Championship has unveiled some epic short course action from a colorful collection of personalities, giving the stadium truck a life and style all its its own. Heading into Surprise, the BFGoodrich Tires-backed Patrick Clark had proved himself by racking up a nine-point lead in his championship quest. But the full-course brawl of Arizona cut down Clark's rank, delivering another series standout to the lead.
Digging down into the nuts and bolts of his BFGoodrich Tires-backed Lowe's Home Improvement SuperLite Truck during August's Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) race at Glen Helen Raceway, Jessie Johnson looks to land back upon the podium during the Las Vegas Motor Speedway stop next month.
There was a game show that racked up acclaim and stirred great anticipation for what was hidden behind one of its many doors. In much the same way, the driver's seat of the acclaimed SuperLite Championship Arrive & Drive truck tugs at the interest of thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies who anticipate hopping behind the wheel and laying deep into the throttle of a short course off-road race truck. One notable personality taking reigns behind the wheel of a SuperLite during the recent Glen Helen test session was Monster Energy athlete T.J. Lavin.
Right now. Amid the majestic backdrop of the mighty snow-capped Sierra Nevadas, there exists a purpose-built race course that is the culmination of a vision that has today achieved a momentous milestone. Cradled deep within the sheer canyon walls are a handful of spec-built, stadium-style super trucks. Among them are the drivers who make up a class unto themselves. They are the first.
A milestone in the emerging development of the virbrant spec truck racing class, SuperLite Championship will launch the SuperLite Off Road Racing School on July 14, featuring legendary racer Ricky Johnson as race instructor at its purpose-built short course off-road racing facility in Reno, Nevada.
As is pre-race custom for the SuperLite Championship crew, SuperLite's Friday morning media session at Miller Motorsports Park for Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 7 and 8 lit up the television air waves, landing the stadium-style race truck square into households that span the greater Salt Lake City region. SuperLite driver and Maverik Adventure Card face man, Ron "The Mav" Duncombe, delivered the lowdown on the SuperLite Arrive & Drive program, mixing it up with Fox 13 TV news man, Big Budah, for an informative live TV segment that had quite the flare for humor.

Standing second in the 2011 SuperLite Championship points chase and upholding the honor of the third generation FUNCO Motorsports legacy, Chad George charges down into the dirt of Glen Helen Raceway for Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 5 and 6 action with a formidable home track advantage and as the face man for the tracks tremendous versatility as a motorsports venue. You may get a glimpse of the SuperLite Arrive & Drive racer upon the front page of the Daily Bulletin sports section at the news stands or upon the online version of the publication.
SiriusXM action sports talk radio icon, Jason Ellis, will make a no-holds-barred appearance on the Totally Off Road Radio Show this evening with Jim Holthus and co-host Dave Arnold to discuss his SuperLite Championship effort behind the wheel of the Hart & Huntington-backed Dethrone Royalty Racing truck this season. The live talk radio show, which begins at 5 p.m. this evening on KCAA 1050 AM, will also feature NASCAR's Robby Gordon, who is staged to make his Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series debut this weekend at Glen Helen Raceway.
To commemorate the life of action sports star and SuperLite Championship racer Jeff "Ox" Kargola, who died last month while riding the Rip To The Tip adventure motorcycle ride in Baja, the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, in conjunction with General Tire, the title sponsor of Kargola's SuperLite truck, will launch its two-day race weekend at Glen Helen Raceway with a special opening ceremony to begin at 2 p.m this Saturday. The SuperLite Championship Round 5 main event will immediately follow the tribute.

Perfect timing for a Jason Ellis wallpaper photo. Gotta love this shot of the Dethrone Royalty race truck that resides in the Hart & Huntington compound. Now for the humor. Ellis, while live on The Ellis Show, wagered Chad Reed to take James "Bubba" Stewart at the Supercross finale in Las Vegas last week. Ellis won the bet. Bubba wrecked on the whoops. And with that, he became the master of The Daily Habit's host, Pat Parnell, who Ellis owned. Check out the Fuel TV video of Parnell parading into the coffee shop performing the shock collar dance with Ellis…

The artistry of SuperLite Arrive & Drive truck racing is on full display. The speed. The poetry of horsepower. And the thrill of going two-wide into the apex with a charged pack of SuperLites chomping at your heals. The race video is a feature on reigning SuperLite points leader, R.J. Anderson, who fields the Walker Evans Racing / SoCal SuperTrucks / Polaris Off Road Vehicles SuperLite as well as entry in the UTV class.

As we geared up for the 2010 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Round 13 and 14 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, we were busy behind the scenes working with our friends at the 3D television channel, Wealth TV, which produced an indepth feature on the SuperLite Championship Arrive & Drive program for its Wealth On Wheels segment. The segment, hosted by Josh Middleton, who hops behind the wheel of a SuperLite, delves into the history of thriving truck racing operation and delivers a behind-the-scenes look into the lives and lifestyles of the racers and race organization.

The countdown to the SuperLite Championship showdown at Glen Helen Raceway in Southern California closes in at just a week away when the points lead of R.J. Anderson will be challenged by lead contenders Chad George and Patrick Clark, as well as Jacob Person, who returns to the dirt with the momentum of two consecutive wins to his Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series race resume. This tribute just sums it all up. From the music to the imagery that outlines the life of the man we came to know as The Action Sports Freight Train , from birth to the big wave surfing with Sunny Garcia to the backflips with his Metal Mulisha family and into the seat of his General Tire SuperLite, the guy we knew as Ox simply kicked ass at living life, and Metal Mulisha captured the essence of why the world was better place because of it.

Like it. Love it. Share it. Tweet it. And now is your opportunity to jump behind the wheel of a full service SuperLite Championship Arrive & Drive one day test and training session, as the coveted E-ticket ride goes up for auction tonight during the Monster Energy-backed Push The Pedal For Paul Thacker rehabilitation benefit auction at Pole Position Raceway in Las Vegas. In support of the extreme freestyle snowmobile rider and distance jump record holder, who crashed while preparing for the X Games in December, there will be a $20 donation at the door, which includes catered food and…

REST IN PEACE: Jeff Ox Kargola

While riding with friends and family just north of San Felipe, Baja California last Friday for the annual Desert Assassins Rip To The Tip adventure ride, SuperLite Championship driver, Jeff "Ox" Kargola of the No. 2 General Tire truck, died at a San Felipe hospital after succumbing to injuries sustained during a dirt bike crash on a high speed whoop section. “Words can’t express the emotions I am feeling," said Desert Assassins boss and former SuperLite Championship driver Cameron Steele. "I love Jeff like a son, and he was riding with all of his best friends he grew up with…
One of the ultimate live fast and go fast guys amid the extreme sports lifestyle, SuperLite Championship driver Jeff "Ox" Kargola, crossed the Mexican border on his quest to conquer the annual Rip To The Tip with Cameraon Steele and the Desert Assassins family. Unfortunately, on day two of the rigorous dirt bike jaunt down south of the border, heading toward San Felipe, Ox crashed his motorcycle in a high speed whoop section and was flown to a San Felipe hospital, according to a late morning day two report from the Rip To The Tip website.

Seizing the opportunity that a hometown advantage would afford, Jacob Person jumped atop the podium after his SuperLite Championship Round 3 performance during the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series showdown at Surprise, Arizona on Saturday. "That was an awesome first win," Person said of his first win in the evenly matched spec truck class. "Mickey Thompson tires were hooking up great. Can't thank everybody enough. I mean, it's just great to be out here. Happy to get to battle with guys like C.J. and the SuperLite class. And I'm happy to be on top of the box."

According to inside sources, an unidentified flying object, as in a real UFO, was reported rocketing through the atmosphere just above Glen Helen Raceway earlier today. Early reports have left UFOlogists perplexed, particularly the crack scientists at the SETI Institute, who are experts in such phenomena.
Jeff "Ox" Kargola is an action sports freight train. Last weekend, down south in Baja, the Metal Mulisha athlete secured his second consecutive Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250 overall motorcycle victory. This weekend, he ain't slowing down. He's throwing down, going all out, pulling double duty, racing his General Tire SuperLite at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series season opener at Firebird Raceway.

Break out media & action sport personality Jason Ellis has an incredible lust for life that drives his passions and motivates accomplishments. If you have ever heard The Jason Ellis Show on SIRIUS/XM Channel; Faction, you might recognize Ellis babbling on in his hilarious and twisted ways. He often talks about a long list of wants and wishes. Sounds normal right? Who does not do that?
The momentum builds. The launch of the SuperLite Championship season fast approaches. We're weeks away from the 2011 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series' March 19-20 dates at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix, Arizona. And the demand continues its viral plight for the stadium-style super trucks.
Think it. And it's as good as done. There are those who spend their days in think tanks, doing little more than thinking. Some refer to them as visionaries. And then there are those who are more about getting it done by taking action. They are often referred to as go-getters. But what if the gap between thought and action were merged? Well, we've got a guy who's career purpose is to develop a fusion of thought and action into one platform. He merely thinks, and action takes place. It's no dream. It's just the way he goes about conducting…
In addition to unveiling new social search features into its search engine results pages (SERP), Google search just launched an update to its top navigation bar across its various properties, including its search engine. What's cool about this new feature is not just the cleaner user interface and nominal functionality boost but the fact you can land a hot new SuperLite / Cameron Steele / Monster Energy wallpaper into the background. Just download the desktop wallpaper here, and click the new link at the bottom left of the Google search page.
The 2010 SuperLite Championship made for an amazing race season. If you were there fist pumping in the grandstands or amid the millions who jumped headway into the chat of our live interactive web stream, then you were able to get a glimpse and even grasp at the mud-slinging excitement behind the wheel of SuperLite's Arrive & Drive off-road race program. But for those who weren't, there was a void.
CJ Greaves continues to add to his list of accomplishments in his young racing career by receiving Dirt Sports Magazine's 2010 Rookie of the Year Award.
